How to use this Help Desk



First, scan all of the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) very carefully for the solution to your problem.

If you find an FAQ that matches your question, click on the linked question to view the entire solution.


If your question is not answered in one of the FAQs, please submit a support ticket.

Please complete as many of the form fields as possible.

If your support ticket is regarding a particular course, or multiple courses, please provide the entire Course Name in the course name field.

After submitting the support ticket form, your ticket will be entered into the system and one of our support representatives will respond in the order in which it was received.

A link to the response from our support representatives will be delivered to the email address you provide.  Please be sure to periodically check your inbox, spam and / or junk mail folders for the response from our system.

We try our best to respond to all support tickets within 24-48 hours.
