My certificates have disappeared. The "Your Certificates" page is completely blank.


Please be assured your certificates are not missing. Try these suggestions:

1. Clear your web browser's history/cache. There may be something in your browser preventing the page to load. Clearing the history/cache usually corrects this.

2. Then go to the website and sign in to your account.

3. Click the "My Account" tab. Wait for the page to load.

4. Click "Your Certificates" in the left side menu. Wait for the page to load. ** You may need to wait several minutes. **

If the "Your Certificates" page is still not loading, try accessing your account using a different web browser, or a different computer.

If you still have the problem, you will need to submit a Support Ticket. In the Support Ticket, please include:

- Your name

- Your account email address

- Describe the difficulty you are experiencing in as much detail as possible.
