I have paid for my certificate, but I am not able to print it.

Solution

Please sign in to your account and check "Your Certificates" (link in left side menu).

If there is a Pay Now button instead of the "Print Certificate" link for the certificate, you will need to submit a Support Ticket. In the Support Ticket, please include:

- Your name

- Your account email address

- The System Tracking ID from your Payment Receipt. This System Tracking ID contains only 7 digits.

- Describe the difficulty you are experiencing.
